  • Mesquite, Texas

Since its beginnings in 1995, the Mesquite Rotary Club's Rodeo Road Rally has provided a consistently praised, fun event for cyclists, and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars. This success has enabled the Mesquite Rotary Club to provide strong charitable support to the area community, and in support of Rotary International efforts.

The Rodeo Road Rally (formerly known as the Mesquite Rotary Bike Ride) is an extremely well organized event with traffic control at all intersections and excellent, well run rest stops. The Rally is attractive to the entire family with three routes of 20 miles, 42 miles and 65 miles. The event will start at the Mesquite Rodeo Convention Center, 1700 Rodeo Drive (near Military Parkway and I-635 L.B.J. Freeway) at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2015. Included will be a catered breakfast and lunch from Panera Bread Cafe of Mesquite, Whataburger of Mesquite, and more, an event super-soft ringspun cotton t-shirt to the first 1,300 riders, a goody bag of gifts from area businesses, and more. Post-ride, beer will be available for purchase at the Mesquite Rodeo's 8 Second Bar.
